Emergency Triage Service

We have partnered with VetWise to provide our clients with another option for after hours care

In addition to the emergency clinics listed below, clients also have the option of calling VetWise after the clinic has closed. They are a telephone triage service that can provide guidance in the event of an emergency. You will be put through to a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) that will assess your individual situation. If you are experiencing a genuine emergency, they will direct you to the nearest emergency facility at no charge. If you have an urgent issue that can be treated with telemedicine, you will be given the option to speak with a licensed veterinarian in BC for a fee. Otherwise, you will be given guidance from the RVT as to next steps until the clinic is open again.
