​At Arrowsmith Animal Hospital, we want every visit to be thorough, efficient, and respectful of your time.

 

Unless otherwise specified when booking, all appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.

We will make every effort to address as many concerns as possible during your pet’s visit.

 

However, more complex cases may require follow-up appointments to ensure we have adequate time to manage all issues thoughtfully.

If multiple concerns are presented, we will triage urgent matters first and create a care plan for the rest.​

 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

No-shows may be asked to provide a deposit equal to the exam fee before booking another appointment.

 

If you have a preferred veterinarian, let us know when booking—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, appointments will be scheduled with the first available doctor.
