Clinic Policies & Code of Conduct

To help maintain a safe, respectable and welcoming environment for all animals, clients, and staff, we ask that all visitors adhere to the following guidelines.

Leash and Carrier Policy

  • All dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the premises.

  • All cats must arrive in a secure carrier for their safty and comfort.

2

Respectful Communication

  • We have a Zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse toward our staff.

  • We understand veterinary visits can be emotional, but respectful, calm communication is expected and appreciated.

3

Relationship Agreement

  • All new clients are required to complete a Relationship Agreement before their first visit, which will be provided to you when you book your first appointment.

  • This form outlines the mutual expectations and fosters trust, respect and shared responsibility in your pet's care.

4

Medical Record Transfers

  • In rare cases, a fee may apply for the transfer of medical records if the volume of the data is substantial (e.g., large sets of images or lengthy histories) or the staff time required to compile and send records is significant.

5

Payment Due at Time of Service

  • Full payment is required at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • For details on third-party payment plans, please see our Payment Options page.

A Growing Practice

As a new clinic, we're still refining our systems and adapting to our space. We appreciate your patients and kindness as we grow and improve.
